A study by NIMHANS shows that people who practice Sudarshan Kriya regularly have lower levels of stress. Although, I would rather have had a comparison with traditional yoga and pranayam techniques as well.
This is another PR gimmick of the Art of living foundation. They have a great marketing team. I don't deny sudarshan kriya has its benefits but I would rather opt for yoga, Vippasaana which is so not commercial as art of living is.
Well, I do agree, and that is why I had wanted a comparison with pranayam. Yoga is an exercise for the whole body as against Sudarshan Kriya which is only or the lungs; Yoga is bound to provide more lasting effects.
